FARMSTEAD SUBDIVISION Preliminary plans have been submitted for up to 200 single-family lot subdivision, up to 84-unit market rate multi-family apartments and 7 commercial lots with up to 144,000 square feet of commercial space.  Included as part of the plan is 5.4-acre combination park site, with a tot-lot, and a detention basin.  The site is 62-acres and is located on the north side of East Grant Avenue north of the intersection with East Main Street. The project will need the following entitlements:

·         Tentative Map

·         Environmental Impact Report (EIR)

·         Design Review approval of model homes

·         Planned Development Overlay Zoning Amendment and Planed Development Permit
